We're looking for a project manager.  Not an armchair admiral, but a true field commander, serving alongside our designers and developers in our bid to take over the world of mobile design.

We're Worry Free Labs, a mission-driven design firm that creates mobile games and apps that get oohs, aahs and lots of user love.  We're champions of motivational design: work that doesn't just pop—it inspires people to take action.

As project manager, you would guide mobile UI/UX, visual design and development projects from inception to fruition, ensuring and owning their success. During breaks in the action, you'd be scheduling projects, assigning resources (or "people," as we like to call them) and working with other project managers to improve the way we work.

• You're good at predicting the future, and better yet at improvising.
• You know that people don't always know what they want, but you want to help them find out.
• When faced with an impasse, you consider all your options, and when necessary, invent a new one.
• You can think of at least 47 different ways to encourage someone, including chocolate and tough love.
• You like people. All the time.
• You can write like you speak.
• You find puzzles invigorating.
• If it's five minutes to deadline and there's nobody else around to help, you can crack open that PSD and nudge a button over 5 pixels or dive into a pool of CSS and find which line is missing a semicolon.

• Mastering time: estimating project durations, plotting milestones, scheduling  and tracking hours.
• Acting as an editor, producer, investigator, interviewer, ringmaster and entertainer (as needed).

• Working on multiple projects with multiple requirements and deliverables.

• Diligently attending to client requests and designer deliverables via Basecamp.
