FactSet is looking for talented software engineers to join our Company Analysis team with Company and Markets Engineering. This group is responsible for the technical design, implementation and support of FactSet's suite of company analysis applications and reports. The technologies involved are fluid, but include object-oriented Javascript andAJAXon the front-end, coupled with back-end C++ services in a distributed architecture.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in programming with C++ or an OOP language
• Desire to both design and implement superior software

Experience with some or all of the following is highly desired:

• Strong C++ programming skills
• Working knowledge of any web oriented languages:  ColdFusion/JSP/PHP/.Net
• Server scripting languages:  CGI/Perl
• Previous experience building web based applications and services using above listed technologies
• General knowledge of the Web Infrastructure and Protocol
