Responsibilities
★ Work with Engineers and UI designers to design and implement product solutions.
★ Concept development and idea creation.
★ Create visual design solutions that address business, brand, market, and user needs.
★ Production of aspirational mock-ups, prototypes, screen layouts, color palettes, typography, iconography, user interface elements and final asset production.
★ Manage own workflow, documentation, deadlines on multiple and simultaneous projects.
★ Be extremely attentive to detail, architectural on approach to design, and a driving force in
design quality standards with modular, reusable solutions.
★ Reports to VP, User Experience.

Technical Skills & Experience
★ Bachelor's degree in Graphic or Industrial Design, Illustration, Motion Design, orrelated field.
★ 3+ years visual design experience.
★ Solid portfolio with a range of creative samples that demonstrate relevant work or projects.
★ Process-oriented. Ability to work with different graphic software and rapid prototyping.
★ Proficiency with Adobe suite of design software.
★ Good understanding of Web usability guidelines.
★ Expertise in branding, communication design, illustration, marketing and advertising.
★ Expertise in Macromedia Flash or Motion Design tools, welcomed.
★ Experience with user-centered design, a must.
★ HTML, CSS, AJAX and/or DHTML familiarity a welcomed skill.
★ Any scripting experience for creating working prototypes, a plus.
★ Demonstrated copy-writing skills, a plus.
