You excel at accomplishing technical projects in a creative environment.  You are very technical and have a background in IT.

Requirements:  

You’re well versed at:

·         Managing complex technical projects.

·         Managing outside IT vendors for large-scale projects.

·         Agile product development practices.

·         Documenting design as needed for internal design reviews and development.

·         Developing in-depth overviews and documentation of systems architecture.

·         Managing projects that use the following web technologies: XML, AJAX, Java, J2EE, JBOSS, Tomcat, Ruby on Rails .NET Framework, and LAMP.

Qualifications:

You have: 

·         5 - 7+ years’ worth of experience at agencies or technology start-ups.

·         Leadership skills.

·         An ability to manage a technical team.

·         The ability of working on projects with internal and external teams.

·         A constant curiosity with new technology.
