HeliumStudio, located in Richmond, Va., is looking for a talented web designer/developer to join our team. We are a small shop with a wide variety of clients in a wide variety of industries. If you have an exceptional passion for designing and developing beautiful and functional websites, we want to meet you. You can check us out at www.heliumstudio.com.You are qualified if you have:

• 3+ years experience in front-end web development
• Experience with CMS environments (WordPress, OpenCart, or custom-built solutions)
• Mad skills using JavaScript libraries (jQuery, MooTools, etc.)
• A strong working knowledge developing for cross platform/browser compatibility
• An understanding of the importance of typography and color choices, and the ability to transpose designs into code
• Advanced Photoshop, Advanced HTML, CSS, Javascript skills
• Familiarity with web standards and best practices

You are preferred if you have:

• A kick-butt portfolio
• Advanced WordPress development knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A thirst to learn new technologies
• The ability to work independently or with a team
• A passion for web design and truly enjoy doing it
