The Wonderfactory: User Experience Designer
(New York, NY) UX Designers are responsible for concepting design experiences, interfaces, and interaction models for both web and application based systems.
- Translates requirements, feature concepts, use cases, and design challenges into site maps, user flows, user scenarios, wireframe schematics, prototypes and functional specification documents.
- Has a core understanding for web-based design and implications of dynamic User Interface Design
- Create highly usable and innovative web-based sites & applications.
- Learn & understand the core usability constructs and UX design principles.
- Support user experience research and usability testing efforts to ensure that the user interface is useful and extremely easy to use.
- Be an active participant in user centered design activity & be a constant advocate for the end user.
- Collaborates as integral member of the UX design, visual design, and development teams
- Help to coordinate and communicate project information and tasks between internal groups.
- Participates in the development of creative solutions to user experience challenges.
- Identifies, addresses and solves user interface design problems
- Learn, understand and interpret user research and usability testing and effectively applies the findings to designs
- Collaborates with other disciplines to define the vision and requirements for a product or programming area.
