Open Position: Flash Programmer

Starting Salary : $35,000 to $55,000

We currently seek an experienced, detail oriented, Flash programmer that enjoys working in a fast paced environment. 

Job Description

You will be developing interactive applications for client projects in a fast paced, hands-on environment to be used in online market research.  The goal of your projects will be to better engage respondents with a well-designed interactive application.  You will assist project teams in helping clients find best possible solutions to meet their needs. 

The qualified applicant will possess the following skills, knowledge and experience:

·         At least 2 years of professional work experience in Flash programming

·         Expert knowledge of ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0, HTML and Web user interface design and development

·         Proficient at Flash & JavaScript Integration, ExternalInterface

·         Strong background of Flash animation techniques using both timeline and programmatic animation

·         Ability to develop applications to client specifications

·         Ability to take/provide creative direction and work independently and proactively

·         Ability to multi-task and be a quick troubleshooter

·         Perform well in a fast paced, hands-on environment

·         Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

·         Superior team and communication skills

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Strong grasp of English language (grammar)

·         Ability to follow standards and practices

·         Contribute to code library with valuable, robust, reusable solutions

·         Graphic design & Adobe CS knowledge a plus!

·         Must be eligible to work in the United States
