To be considered for the position, you'll need:

* An absolute passion for delivering the best experience possible for those using your designs.

* Solid experience with iterative design - you should be able to quickly mockup various interface solutions (sketches, Photoshop mockups and HTML prototypes) to a single problem and evaluate the most effective approach.

* Strong visual design skills. As well as interface design, you'll also be helping out with our web site and other marketing materials.
