The ideal candidate should have solid experience developing web sites using HTML/XHTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Job Responsibilities:

-Construction and maintenance of web sites by hand-coding clean, organized, and structured HTML/XHTML and CSS.

-Interface coding using HTML/XHTML and CSS for templates to be used in a content management system (CMS).

-Identify and solve cross-browser compatibility issues.

-Meet all deadlines for projects.

-Proficient JavaScript development skills

-Must have experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

-Adobe Flash knowledge and experience a big plus.

-Server scripting knowledge also a big plus. (ASP.Net, PHP, Cold Fusion, etc)
