LAMP stack. Desired experience:
-MVC
-OOP (PHP 5)
-unit testing
-version control
-designing data models for complex domains
-strong knowledge of SQL
-optimizing query performance.
-familiarity with AJAX.
-agile methodologies.

Projects span a wide range of functionality including reporting, email, portals, charting, mapping, analytics, workflow, surveys, rules engines, social networking, etc. You should have experience making architectural and data model decisions in addition to writing code.

Salary is $90K to $115K+
