-Analyze website activity to monitor the effectiveness of design enhancements, identify potential bottlenecks
-Collaborate with UI Designers, Software Developers, Product Marketing managers
-5+ years interaction design or visual design for web-based applications
-Visio, InDesign, OmniGraffle, Photoshop CS, Illustrator CS
-Modern web-based UI/UX conventions, possibilities, limitations
-Highly collaborative, excellent organizational skills
-Communicate effectively, persuasively convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders
-Multitask and prioritize; comfortable with tight deadlines
-Adapt quickly and amicably to changes in project scope
-Experience with social apps
-Powerpoint or Keynote
-Toolkits based on reusable widgets
