(Anywhere) I'm a consulting designer in need of resources to handle overloads of work. The work covers a wide gamut of media but mostly revolves about web design and development. Occasionally, branding, print design and packaging too.

You: enjoy the smaller, more nimble assignments over large, abstract assignments

In order to be considered, you must be able to:

- Design effective landing pages with increasing conversion rates as the key
- Design home and portal pages that recognize usability is more critical than aesthetics
- Develop HTML and CSS from scratch or within existing template code-bases

You must have an online portfolio that showcases the requirements above. I need professionals, not hobbyists.
