(Austin, TX) Simply Interactive is looking for a full time senior interactive developer/technical director. Our ideal candidate would be motivated for success and looking for opportunities to work with a highly creative team to develop cutting-edge interactive experiences that balance interactivity, design, and functionality.

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years experience building flash sites/applications
Strong Development knowledge (Flash, AS2/AS3, XML, CSS, HTML, Java, Ajax)
PHP/MySQL/Database Design/Implementation Experience
Motivated, self-driven individual that does not have to be micromanaged
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with clients to solve their technical problems
Project management experience
Ability to work well with a creative team
Ability to oversee freelance development resources
Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Papervision knowledge is a plus
