(Washington, DC) Looking for a web developer to create a restricted section of our website (www.sahfnet.org) - controlled by unique username and passwords. We would like to have an administrator role with the ability to create/delete accounts. Regular users will be able to change their passwords and contact information (e-mail addresses where logins initially get sent). Our site is hosted on a server with PHP (through Pair.com), so the ability to work in that setting is required.
