Overdrive Interactive is looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team!

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious interactive designer to join our highly collaborative group of talented designers and developers! You will be joining a group that strives for excellence in every facet of the projects we work on, both internally and for our clients. 

As a Junior Designer with infinite potential, you will support the creative team on a variety of internal and client projects. You should possess strong self-motivation, accountability, and an innate drive to continually learn, develop, and succeed. You should definitely love design.

Requirements:

• A degree in design (or a related creative field) combined with a creative eye and plenty of ideas.
• Must respond well to design direction and critique from the creative team.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as additional experience with the full range of Adobe Creative Suite Products. Actionscript knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of the realities of executing designs within an online environment (HTML, CSS, Javascript) is a plus.
• Passion for clean design (Swiss Design), love of typography, knowledge of color theory, desire to solve problems in an innovative manner, and eagerness to continually learn/grow.
• Knowledge of social media, particularly Facebook, Twitter is a plus
• Most importantly, a positive attitude (maybe a sense of humor).
