• Are completely fluent in HTML/XHTML/CSS
• Develop clean and valid markup
• Are great at cross-browser compatibility issues
• Can work with Javascript, JQuery/MooTools, Ajax
• Have experience working with platforms such as Wordpress, Magento and Expression Engine
• Can work with PHP, MySQL, and Linux environment
• Have basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you have to be a flexible thinker to get the job done
• Are focused on solving problems and don't give up until you've fixed them
• Have an eye for detail and good design
