Us Grio is a web and mobile development firm located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District and close to public transportation. We cater to companies big and small, in many different business sectors. We have a team of extremely talented developers with a wide range of backgrounds and experience. Up until now we have have specialized in programming work and project management, relying on partnerships with other agencies and individuals for design work. This ad represents a change for us. We are looking to grow into a full service agency offering UX/UI as well as project management and development. You As a member of our growing team, you'll be focused on architecting and designing for a wide variety of applications. Experience with web technologies (HTML, JS, PHP) would be appreciated but is not required. Basically we are looking for a very motivated individual to help get design kickstarted at our company. You will have a lot of freedom and a lot of opportunity, helping a small consulting company grow to the next level. We target iOS and Android for mobile development in addition to web development and Flash applications, so a deep understanding of UX for those platforms is a plus. Please be prepared to show us examples of work, ideally via an online portfolio. We are open to both contract to perm opportunities and full time employment for the right candidate, but we would prefer if you could work in our office part of the time (some telecommuting ok).
