Job Profile

The user experience professional will function in a product realization and design role; and will be responsible for delivering high quality Web and mobile software interface designs. The candidate will possess demonstrated skill working as a user experience designer(UXD) and have a history of delivering creative design solutions.

The successful UXD professional will understand the relationship between form and functionality and have a knack for taking something that is seemingly very complicated and making it surprisingly simple to use. A key objective of the position will be to help Good Technology become the benchmark for highly functional, enterprise grade, collaboration, and security tools for the mobile environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrable portfolio of work illustrating strong knowledge of user experience design principles and techniques.
• Proficiency using professional design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Omni Graffle or Visio.
• Experience in a product design environment, working with product owners, and managing and translating requirements for multiple projects.

Non-required Skills & Experience

• Strong ability in visual design creation including graphics, icons and full scale mockups.
• Practical knowledge of all aspects of user experience design.
• Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or equivalent experience.
• Experience design for mobile and/or small screen devices.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Web and mobile programming techniques.
