Matrix Group International is looking for an outstanding Front-End Developer to join our FED group.  You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, content specialists and project managers to create effective sites that build brand awareness, generate revenue, educate people on issues, and enable membership growth.

The Front End Developer will:

• Have an eye for details that make a great User Experience
• Take complex page designs and craft themarkup. You make it look good, no matter what!
• Translate project goals into user flows, screens, and final XHTML delivery
• Promote code reuse
• Work on multiple projects for a variety of clients
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms and browsers

You will have:

• Proficiency in XHTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience with cross-browser testing of all the above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience managing a team is a plus, but not required

We'd love for you to have:

• Experience integrating with Content Management Systems: WordPress, SiteFinity, CommonSpot, Expression Engine, Custom CMS products, etc.
• Experience working with a wide variety of development technologies, including: PHP, ColdFusion, ASP.NET, Python
