(Riverton, Utah)

We are looking for interaction designers to join ourcreative team immediately and help us build beautiful, simple and useful weband mobile apps.

You will work mostly in Riverton, UT, but will spend sometime in downtown Salt Lake City and in Provo.

We’ll pair you with a senior designer that will assign youtasks and collaborate with you on projects.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Visual Design andCreativity

- Understand and apply design principles, including:hierarchy, composition, color, balance, harmony, typography, interaction, etc.

- Create multiple conceptual designs for an idea.

- Communicate well with others verbally and in writing.

- Proficient user of Photoshop, Fireworks, or Illustrator,etc.

Interaction Designand Usability

- Knowledge of current design & usability trends.

- Interest in designing for multiple mediums (traditionalweb app AND mobile)

- Interest in conducting user research and presenting onfindings.

- Understanding of modern mobile platforms (iPhone, Android,RIM, Palm, etc)

- Understanding of css3, html5, and other modern browserfeatures

Consultancy and CriticalThinking

- Intensely curious about how things work and how to makethem simpler, more useful, and more gratifying to use.

- Ability to persuade and teach without manipulation

- Ability to resolve conflict and disparate opinions.

- Ability to creatively develop solutions from ambiguous orill-formed requirements.
