We're looking for an excellent UI designer to join our team.

We are a tight-knit, talented group of engineers and designers building custom mobile and web software for smart clients. We have an incredible attention to detail and very high standards—if you want to join our team, you'll need to demonstrate that you do too.

Your primary role will be interface design and front-end development for custom mobile and web applications. You will work directly with clients. Besides having an almost unnatural talent for designing beautiful interfaces, you must code well-structured HTML/CSS. Bonus if you can rock a little JavaScript or Rails.

We believe you can't build great software without great design. We believe it is the small details that set a design apart. We believe in clean, organized code. You believe in these things too.

Great writing and verbal skills are required. Seriously. You have a proven track-record of self-motivation. Your designs are classy and clear. You're active in the tech/design community. You have been known to stay awake at night thinking about typography and color, which is weird, but that's okay.
