We are seeking a full-time leader for our in-house web team with a proven and talented background in Web Design, Creative Direction and User Interaction Design. This management role is a mixture of developmental project management, strong business analysis and creative execution. The successful candidate will liaise with various Marketing departments globally for timelines setting and daily production management. You should enjoy all aspects of large-scale user interface design, project/people management in a global corporation spanning over 100 websites managed within a Content Management System, in a .NET environment. We seek problem solvers with flawless communication and design skills ready to put their creativity to good use. This is a creative, managerial and administrative role with various direct reports both internally and externally for the execution of daily production.

An impressive online portfolio is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personally manage, motivate & drive a global team of web designers & developers
• Create the principal design of web sites, graphics, wireframes.
• Author full web application specification requirements
• Fully support 100+ websites on various Content Management Systems
• Follow fast-paced turn around times

SKILLS:

• Strong design portfolio with minimum 5-7 years of demonstrable Web/UI Design, Project Management & Business Analysis experience
• Hand coding HTML/5, jQuery & CSS/3 table-less Layouts compatible across all browsers absolutely required
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite & code editors such as BBEdit/Coda/Notepad++
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong understanding of XML Schemas
• Strong understanding of database design & infrastructure configurations
• Strong understanding of the .NET framework
• Flash animation & Action Scripting a plus!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrable experience in Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Must be a team player who collaborates with others and implements group input
• Demonstrate close attention to details & various brand standards
• Excellent ability as a Mac in PC environment
• A four-year university degree or a comparable degree from a reputable Art School
