The Production Manager is responsible for managing the execution of all web based projects. This includes liaising with clients, project scheduling, management, budget tracking and status reporting – and any related factors that affect project success to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.   This position ensures that projects are complete, on time and within budget by skillfully setting realistic time goals and guiding the team toward timely achievement of those goals. It requires you to motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results.     

Responsibilities:

• Lead production meetings with team to review past-due, upcoming and milestone dates.
• Route activities to team members through each stage of the engagement.
• Prepare and maintain tasks for each project using project management tools.
• Follow-up with team members on due dates to ensure deadlines are met or expectations mutually reset.
• Update project plans and relay project status to account manager & clients as appropriate.
• Assist team with questions/issues regarding work flow and project content.
• Maintain digital folder archives.
• Other duties as assigned.

   Job Requirements and Experience:

• Prior interactive/digital/online media agency experience
• Project management experience, including team management 
• comprehensive knowledge of interactive/internet project specifications
• Solid project management skills with a proven track record of successfully developing projects from start to completion
• Strong web and technical knowledge as well as computer skills WordPress, HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, FTP
• Knowledge of E-commerce, Time Tracking, Billing, Managing Email Blasts (Constant Contact, icontact), Setup of Email accounts and resolving support Issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams both in house and remotely 
• Outstanding organizational skills and Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and process information expeditiously
